Module pipeline
Where Metis stands right now
Ready in this deployment today.
The immediate expansion track.
Ready once the current track stabilizes.
Needs shared infrastructure before it should ship.
Phase 110 - Library Duplicate Review Decisions
Metis is becoming a multi-area planning platform with academic planning as the first live module on a shared personal-operations core.
Module pipeline
Ready in this deployment today.
The immediate expansion track.
Ready once the current track stabilizes.
Needs shared infrastructure before it should ship.
Operating shape
Metis should feel navigable at a glance, even as modules grow.
Calendar, settings, AI, files, and auth stay reusable instead of getting trapped in one module.
Fitness, Lodge, and Community are already proving the platform beyond the academic planner.
Shared core
Current focus
This phase makes possible duplicate library items reviewable over time: DOI/title candidates include manual and imported items, reviewed non-duplicates can be hidden with a durable audit row, and hidden candidates can be restored from the library review surface.
The Academic research page can now search OpenAlex by title, author, or journal and resolve direct DOI lookups through Crossref before anything is imported.
When a scholarly result has a DOI, Metis enriches the import with Crossref metadata so the saved citation, abstract, and journal details land in a more complete state.
Scholarly discovery imports reuse the same Academic research history as Zotero and bibliography intake, so provider, scope, counts, and outcomes stay visible in one place.
